Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, receive your order. If items from a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive the final item.

You must clearly inform us within this period that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can do so by email at info@byinada.nl or by post using the address provided below. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy, but this is not mandatory. Prior approval is not required.

Please include your name and order number where possible so that we can locate your order.

Returning Products and Return Costs

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the products to:

The direct cost of returning the products is your responsibility when exercising your right of withdrawal. These costs depend on the carrier and the country from which you return the package. Please keep your proof of postage.

Please handle the product with care and return it adequately protected, preferably in its original packaging if you still have it. You may inspect and assess the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Sealed Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery.

This exception applies only if the product falls within this statutory exception, was actually supplied sealed, and you were informed before purchase that breaking the seal would result in the loss of your right of withdrawal. Haircare and beauty products are therefore not automatically excluded from returns.

Discounted products are subject to the same statutory withdrawal rights as products purchased at their regular price.

Refunds

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery costs. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method. We will not charge any fees for the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@byinada.nl. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you. Any necessary return costs in these cases will be covered by BY INADA.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited to 14 days.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us. You may withdraw from your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
